The Green and the Gold
Any pro football fan can tell you about the major rivalries of the NFL. The Green Bay Packers and Chicago Bears are long standing rivals in the Midwest. On September 18th the Packers and Bears battled it out at Lambeau field where the Packers secured their first at home win of the season.
The sombrero pictured on the bear is a typical staple for many of the green and gold gang. A festive win, the first Lambeau leap of the season and a loss to bears called for sombrero energy. The flower like designs in the corners were inspired by the small, embroidered flowers on the hat.
